Hey Folks,  Penne Pasta is a type of pasta that has a cylindrical shape. Pasta is a traditional dish in Italian Cuisine. There are wide varieties of pasta, and there are so many recipes that we can make out of these pastas. Today, I am sharing the recipe for a Creamy Parmesan - Garlic Penne Pasta. Penne Pasta - The Perfect Cook Book INGREDIENTS: Penne Pasta - 3 cups Garlic -5 - 8  pods Green Bell Pepper - 2 tsp Milk - 1 cup Cinnamon - 1 stick Parmesan Cheese - as needed Salt - to taste Butter - 2 tbsp Pepper - 2 tsp Paprika - 1/8 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Parsley - 1 tsp Water PREPARATION:  Cook Penne Pasta as directed in the pack with some salt. Hey Folks, How about a homemade pizza recipe for this weekend? Last Sunday, I made a pizza with basic toppings I got from my kitchen. Let me share with you a cheesy Homemade Chicken Pizza recipe. Chicken Pizza - The Perfect Cook Book INGREDIENTS: All Purpose Flour - 2 cups Dry Yeast - 2 1/4  tsp Salt - to taste Sugar - 2 tbsp Tomato - 3 Garlic - 3- 5 cloves Onion - 2 Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Gram Masala - 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste - 2 tsp Italian Seasoning - 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup - 1/4 cup Chicken - 10 - 15 boneless pieces Mozzarella Cheese Oil PREPARATION: Pizza Dough:  The first step is to prepare the pizza dough. For that in a 3/4 cup of lukewarm water, add dry yeast, and 1/2 tbsp of sugar. Keep it for rest until it is fermented and forms frothy bubbles on top. In a bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour/maida, add 3/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tbsp of sugar, and the fermented yeast. Add water if necessary and knead it into a soft dough.
