Pancakes Recipe - Fluffy, Tasty & Simple Pancakes Recipe

Pancakes are a classic breakfast recipe that can be combined and served with sweet fruits or salty bacon. It is a round and fluffy cake made with flour, milk, eggs, and butter. Today I will be sharing a basic and simple recipe for Pancake.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 cups
  2. Baking Powder - 4 tsp
  3. Salt - a pinch
  4. Sugar - 2 tbsp 
  5. Milk - 1 1/4 cups
  6. Egg - 1
  7. Melted Butter - 1/4 cup
  8. Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
PREPARATION:

In a large bowl add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Sugar is optional if you want you can add that too.  Give it a quick mix using a whisk. 
In another bowl, crack in the egg and pour the milk. Beat and combine them well until it is frothy with a whisk. Add the melted as well as the vanilla essence and mix well to remove the eggy smell. 

Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the egg mixture to it. Fold the batter well with a whisk or wooden spatula. Mix well until the batter doesn't form any lumps.

To cook the pancakes use a hard-bottomed tawa or cast iron pan. Or you can use a basic non-stick pan too. Grease some butter and pour the pancake mix into it and cook on both sides for 2- 3 minutes. 
Usually, pancakes are made small round, and fluffy. But I prefer flat pancakes more. 
You can use toppings like crispy bacon, strawberries, blueberries, slice banana, raspberries, Chocolate syrup, and many more.

Stack the pancakes and top them off with some butter and maple syrup. Serve it to your loved ones and comment with your feedback.
