Barbeque Chicken can be described as a global or regional recipe with twists based on the locality. It is one of the healthier options to have chicken. Today I will be sharing The Perfect Cook Book recipe for BARBEQUE CHICKEN.
Barbeque Chicken - The Perfect Cook Book
INGREDIENTS:
---------------1. Chicken - 250 gm
2. Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
3. Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
4. Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
5. Crushed Cardamom - 1 tsp
6. Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
7. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
8. Salt - to taste
9. Cooking Oil - 2 tsp
10. Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
11. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2tsp
Serving: 3 people
PREPARATION :

Take a bowl and mix ingredients from 2 to 9 and make it into a fine paste. Marinate Chicken Pieces with lemon juice, salt, and ginger - garlic paste and let it sit for half hour. Now mix the paste made to the marinated chicken pieces and coat it over all the pieces and let it rest for at least 5 hours or let it sit overnight in the fridge. More you keep it marinated, the chicken gets more tastier. Do a charcoal grill or grill any method of your choice.
Serve hot with Mayonnaise or barbeque sauce and enjoy Barbeque Chicken from The Perfect Cook Book.
